Comfy Dental is a hidden gem in The Plaza. The front desk ladies are welcoming, answer the phone promptly, and can answer all your insurance questions. The procedure rooms have high tech equipment and are immaculate. Chevely, the hygienist is friendly, professional, and does an excellent job every time I go in for a cleaning.
I searched for a long time to find a dental place that I liked. I was tired of trying new places, but I’m glad I kept searching because after one visit, I knew I wanted to keep this one. My experience with the front desk, hygienist and dr. Prieto has been exceptional. She even took the time to explain to me what my insurance covered and estimated to cover after treatment. Normally, doctors just tell me to talk to their front desk. They all took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and be patient with my uneasiness. I highly recommend this place to someone who wants transparency.
