This company is reliable, dependable, and reasonable. The owner understands the urgency of plumbing repairs and never says no to a job. The owner is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I recommend wholeheartedly.
I’d like to thank David and the crew from 1Tom Plumber. The office only asked a few questions before sending out a technician. Upon arrival, David immediately figured out where the back-up was coming from and immediately went to work. The process didn’t take more than 45 minutes.
Found 1 Tom Plumber on Google. Explained that we might need a new water heater. They got to us in under an hour and gave us several options. They installed a brand new water heater, and after the job, the city inspector complimented the work as he signed the completion on the permit.
