Reviewers have praised the spa's cleanliness, beauty, and friendly staff. Amenities such as a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, pool, and fire pit area have been highlighted. The spa is recommended for its relaxing environment and exceptional service, though some guests found the heat in the hot tub and sauna lacking, and the salt room to be underwhelming.
My children got a massage for me for my birthday while my husband and I were here on a short vacation and it was so wonderful. Joy was an amazing masseuse, so friendly made sure she wasn’t hurting me, etc. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a very long time!
This spa is definitely 10/10 the best spa ever Rose Marie is the best. I’ve had spa services in lots of places & this was by far the best experience you can spend the entire day in the spa just relaxing ☺
We really enjoyed our massage! Everything was great, the therapists were excellent and very polite, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.
The only issue was with our reservation. We spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a staff member making our booking, but when we arrived, it turned out that no reservation had actually been made. Fortunately, by pure luck, two therapists happened to be available, so we were still able to get our massages.
Aside from the booking mix-up, the experience was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place.
