Work has included replacing an old shingle roof and upgrading to a metal roof, reinforcing the roof deck, installing new rain gutters, replacing fascia boards, painting trim, and touch-up stucco work. The owner is also described as extremely kind, respectful, and professional, genuinely caring about helping people in the community, with compassion and integrity. He came the same day to inspect a roof and provided an estimate that same day, explained the whole process in a simple manner, was professional, communicative, respectful, and dependable, prompt with time delivery of material, and the working crew was efficient in completing tasks in a timely manner. The original estimate total remained the same upon completion.
