After having several disappointing experiences with other hairstylists regarding my hair extensions. I was referred to Michelle by a coworker of mine. I scheduled a consultation for the maintenance of my hair extensions, and from the moment I walked into her salon, I knew I was in the right place. I was warmly greeted, offered refreshments, and immediately made to feel comfortable and welcomed!

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, everyone was very friendly, salon was very clean. You were able to just look at all the Professionals around you and you know you are in the right place.

During my consultation, Michelle was incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained that I had far too many extensions installed, that the previous installation had not been done correctly, and that my extensions weren’t properly blended or cut to match my natural hair. Rather than criticizing the previous stylist, she educated me on what should have been done and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Before she even started working on my hair, Michelle made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness, patience, and genuine passion for her craft gave me total confidence that I was in the best hands. With over 35 ++ years of experience, her expertise is evident in everything she does!

The results were absolutely amazing! My hair feels healthier, lighter, looks natural, and blends beautifully. I finally have the look I was hoping for.

“It is very hard to find a truly skilled curl specialist. No joke. My curly /textured- haired daughters have schooled me on the techniques and products required. It's not cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. That said, you get more than you pay for at Maggie Rose. My son booked a Master first time curl shape session at their Davie location to revive his fried fro. The master stylist Josephine did a fabulous job. Plus, he was seen on time and in and out in 2 hours- which is really impressive. Expect to pay a deposit to reserve your spot and read the very detailed but clear booking instructions on their website. This is a no frills but clean and comfortable salon - in a strip mall- easy to get to off of University. No-frills perhaps, but excellent, pro service and you will be thrilled with the results! Book ahead as they appear to have only 2 main stylist at least at this location. Josephine was amazing.“

“5 stars for Rae. She has an amazing knowledge of color and how to get your color to where you want it to be. This is difficult with a blonde. Because it can easily go too brown, too orange, too yellow, too ashy. She really went above and beyond for me, through multiple appointments to get my color just right. She did highlights that were incredibly fine and beautiful. She also always had a very kind and happy attitude and was great fun to talk to. The students next to her were fun too. Rae really cares very much about her clients and their happiness and that comes through in everything she does. She does not sugarcoat anything and I really value someone that is so truthful.
