I’ve been looking for an AC company for a while when I contacted Underwood AC. Glad I did. Today their tech Mara came to do the job. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and what she was finding. She was very thorough. Not pushy at all. She was very pleasant to deal with also.
Definitely recommend. Today Mara came back to do my latest maintenance and I am very happy with her knowledge and way of explaining everything she’s doing.
If you need any kind of Air assistance I completely advise going with Underwood. We got a whole new system put in. These guys were professional, kind and masters at their craft. They had to do some extra work to make it perfect and it took longer than normal but they stayed and never cut corners. I know they were tired but never complained just made sure we felt comfortable and happy with the outcome. They were fun to chat with and kept me informed of what was going on.
