Today I have an HVAC maintenance service from Underwood AC. The tech was Victor Conlon, very professional and, most importantly, very honest. After he performed his check and readings and saw the conditions of my unit, he gave me several options about repairing or replacing it with a new one. No adding or selling, just plain and simple the truth. After seeing my options, we decided to go for a new unit, which I got at a very fair price. I want to appreciate Victor for his professionalism and honesty, and I recommend Underwood AC for your HVAC needs.
