I called Apex after being referred by Chat GPT and after being told that the compressor in my AC had gone out and that I needed a new AC unit. The Tech Seth @ Apex was very thorough when he explained that I did not need a new compressor or AC unit. I was so relieved because the other company wanted 6700 cash. That was a red flag that I needed a 2nd opinion - So glad I did ..So happy Seth was very knowledgeable and thorough in regard to his diagnosis/recommendation. The part was very reasonable and a few hundred dollars. The AC is working great!

We decided to contact Apex for a tune up on are old system because they are not a franchise and are neighbor recommended them. When I contacted the company I spoke with Jennifer she was amazing very kind and took the time to explain everything. The young man who inspected our a/c was friendly and respectful and answered all our questions. He recommended a replacement we agreed. Richard came that afternoon and explained everything with patience and Kindness also made sure he answered all of our questions. We felt comfortable going forward with the replacement.
