If i can give them 10 stars i will but its only allowing me to do five stars. Jim&Jon is so professional, caring, and quick with responding to my request. My ac had stopped working on Friday night, put a request for service and Jim responded and came very early the next morning! Advised me on the issue with my ac. Then came back the following day to put a temporary fix on the unit so it could keep the place cool until the new ac unit arrives. Monday morning i receive a text from Jim&Jon advising me that they will be here within the next 30 minutes to install the new unit. I had thought this will be an all day job but nope they were done around 1:30ish. I was shocked...read full review
My husband and are I are thankful to this buisness. Our AC stopped cooling during the night, and Jon was able to make it during the day. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot, and find a fix. I would highly recommend this buisness if your home's AC has problems. They are polite and will communicate with you.
