“I found them on google and booked the appointment online. I read the reviews where people complained about the “surprising”visit/quote fee and it was very try clearly elaborated during the booking process what the fee is and how it applies. All you need to do is read.
The technician arrived on time, very professional, dressed in uniform, explained the process, checked the tower washer/dryer and found the issue. We required additional parts to be ordered which he also took care off. The following visit was scheduled by the company two days later with the email and text confirmations. He called to check if he could arrive earlier and that was a better time for me. Frank came in, fixed the problem and I have my dryer working. I got all invoices in the email, so there were no surprises about the cost.
It was extremely affordable and easy process, he showed me the issue and suggested on how to conduct the maintenance to avoid future problems. If I had to replace the entire thing it would cost me 5 times more and my washer was fine. Professional, quick, thorough and transparent. Great service, great price!”

“Ray was honest and explained the price to repair vs to replace the machine. I chose to buy a new dishwasher.”
