Was sent by Lowes referral to handle a leak in a refrigerator and to be honest, this is the best repair experience I have ever had. They were in and out like the wind. Came right in, found the issue, took 5 minutes to repair, they put the panel back on and were gone! Tavy and his assistant should come wearing capes. Swoop in, save the day, save my floor and restore my faith in appliance repair persons.I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Repaired our Samsung clothes dryer. Responsive. Professional. Knowledgeable. Arrived with the part. No second visit required. I asked for help on a few other appliance issues I had. Service techs helped me out for no additional charge.One final thing, they answered their phone on a Saturday afternoon.

Professional, on time and most importantly just like there logo says accurate service repair. My dryer had a real loud disturbing noise, the guys took there time repairing, explain everything to me and boom my dryer is back to normal. Please let's not forget the main point of contact Ms. Marla, with her exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys so much
