Trae is an outstanding, personable, and dependable professional. He troubleshot and replaced 3 new components in our new Bosch 500 series dishwasher during 4 visits over 2 months. This week, he installed a new motor which alleviated the problem. Trae is a great credit to Mr. Appliance; he's a pleasure to work with. Many thx Trae and Mr Appliance.

Easy to set appointment, received text informing of arrival, arrived on time. Great service, Joe our tech evaluated the damage to our washer and cost associated with repair. We agreed and he wags able to repair for a fair price. I will definitely use Mr Appliance in future.
