“Tech was good. Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. I was very disappointed that I had to pay over $700 for a UV light. The system is only 2 years old. Why wasn't the UV light still under warranty. Way overpriced. Amazon has the UV light for less than $100, so installation cost me over $600. I wouldn't think Veteran Air would rip off anyone like that, let alone a Veteran. I will probably not renew my maintenance agreement with Veteran Air.“

Sewell plumbing came out and spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer and ran lots of tests. He got to the root cause and explained it to us. He even guaranteed he would come back at no additional charge if it messes up again. So happy!“
