called mike about getting backflow repaired and certified since the county shut my water off because I forgot the have backflow certified and mike told me he could repair next day told him I was without water for 1.5 days now and he made a emergency call to a tech had it fixed on on the same day very good customer satisfaction from this company the other five I called couldn't help me

My old well dried up which was an unexpected and stressful event but Michael and Rich at Water Works made the whole ordeal as smooth as possible. They installed a new backflow and hooked our home up to the county water meter. I can’t thank them enough for all the advice and expertise.

Very pleased with Michael’s responsiveness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to correct ongoing back flow valve issues. Defiantly plan to use WaterWorks exclusively going forward.
