I have been using Accurate Back Flow to check my meter for as long as I’ve lived in my house. The was the first year that the meter needed to be repaired. I called Accurate Backflow and Plumbimg yesterday as the company I had been using ended up ghosting us w no communication or confirmation whatsoever.
I got someone on the phone almost immediately and explained I was already into the month after my usual testing month. She reassured me that there is a grace period and they would get it done. And they got me squared away the very next day.
