I had a clog that needed to be cleaned out. Richard’s sent Mitchell who was came to our house in less than an hour. Mitchell was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was GREAT to work with. Very friendly. Found the clog and cleaned it out in less than an hour. We will definitely use Richard’s again because of Mitchell’s great customer service!

Richard’s Plumbing removed two old hot water heaters and replaced them with one new one and I thought it would be a major job. The fellow at work,Michael, did a great job, quickly and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend this firm.

Service Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I was in an immedate need for a "last minute" service call to place a drain pan under my water heater required for insurance. Not only did they get me in same day, they also identified it was best to replace the old one and they were able to complete the installation immediately.
