It was complicated due to having to coordinate with the city permitting dept, the contractor responsible for the permit and all their downstream subcontractors who actually caused the damage. Ben was our assigned plumber and he was amazing to work with. He was responsive, efficient and professional, coordinating all the parties. We highly recommend!”

My husband wasn’t home during the visit, but I felt completely comfortable and safe the whole time, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both professional and genuinely friendly, but he definitely was.
