Being an athlete I know how important are the details of each exercise, and here they really make you work hard, it’s not those mass market studios. The trainers are so knowledgeable. If you know what pilates should be, you will really like this studio and people who work there.“

“Started solid core about a month or so ago and I am loving it. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the workouts are always challenging. This isnt your typical pilates class - rather its a strength training version of Pilates and seriously you feel amazing after every class. Love the solid core vibe - the workout is done in a semi dark blue lit room and the music is always upbeat. Definitely recommend trying out solid core- youll likely get addicted and sign up for a membership. :)“
