When the mini split began to give me problems, they worked on it tirelessly, coming several times over a few weeks, until they were able to get the problem resolved. The company reached out to me via email to make sure that the problem was resolved. Some of the visits they refused to charge me, as they felt strongly that they wanted to resolve the problem without further expense to me.
