There's something about calling a local company and having a living, breathing human being answer the phone to help you. I'm willing to pay a premium for responsive customer service. I don't think I would have kept an oil heating system in my home for this many years, if it weren't for Ryan's Oil. I had a service issue a couple of years ago and they came immediately. They always arrive when they are scheduled and I feel that I can rely on them should another emergency arise.

Great family company always there I want to thank Gino for all his hard work. And and Ed thank you for putting it in our new oil tank . Whenever I call you're always pleasant whoever answers the phone.

Ryan was a breathe of fresh air. They were responsive on short notice and very quick and diligent to get us back in "hot water". Geno was a very nice and professional and provided detail on Ryan's programs as we lost our HVAC due to his passing. Thank you Ryan!
