I scheduled a free estimate with Giordano’s, and Dave came out and explained all of my options and answer my questions. We decided to move forward with installing a ductless unit along with central AC throughout the home. The installation took two days.
The team was on time, professional, and respectful of the house. They kept the work area clean as they moved through the project. Once everything was finished, they made sure both systems were working properly and took the time to show me how to use the thermostat and ductless remote.

I've used them for HVAC services in one of my homes in CT. They have always been professional, reliable and knowledgeable.

I called recently and thought the furnace was out, turns out I am just cluless in construction/carpentry/HVAC and needed to change batteries in the thermostat, lol. ....but I will say it was hard to get off, I did make an attempt prior to calling but that was the recommendation 😅 once I called. I am glad they don't judge me... Ha! I still needed routine tune up service so they scheduled it promptly.

I've always had a great experience. My water heater, air conditioner and furnace were replaced by them and maintenance by them over the past years...

Giordano's Heating and air conditioning is as good as it gets. Dave came out the day after we called and gave a price on the following day. They removed the old systems installed all new high eff. They were in and out in one day. The basement was spotless when they finished. New 3 stage compressor 18 seer all new coils,ductwork furnace air cleaning Merv 16 filters new humidifier and filters. They set up in garage and made duct work that had to be custom fit. Wrapped all the duct and sealed. I can't say enough about the professional manner from start to finished.
