Our daughter started karate when she was 4 years old (she is now 6) and it has made such a positive impact on her life and ours. Her confidence has improved tremendously with each class and you can see her excitement every time she learns something new. The instructors are excellent with the kids and take their jobs seriously . They take the time out to make sure your child understands a new move or technique so they don’t feel lost or that they are falling behind.
We are so proud of our daughter for trying something new and Villari’s in Torrington has taught her so much in the last 2+ years!

He was very responsive and came over to the house quickly. He was able to fix the leak on the spot and it was very affordable. We have used Precision Plumbing in the past and the service is always outstanding.
Absolutely love Foil and am so lucky to have the best hair salon just minutes from home! Molly has truly been an angel and helped me still achieve beautiful hair even during my post partum hair loss/regrowth stage!! Kim did an amazing job on my daughters hair. She's only 14, and had an exact look that she wanted. Lol! My daughter brought in two pictures to show Kim what kind, and how many highlights she wanted.
Being a 14 year old young lady. She's very picky and age appropriately self conscious about her hair. Nonetheless Kim listened and looked at the pictures. Then took her time talking and joking with my daughter the entire time that she was working. She did an amazing job on my daughters hair. My daughter loves her hair, and she's one tough critic.
I would highly reccomend her to anyone, Male or female, and any age for your hair related needs.

The owner is amazing at what she does! The only person I ever want doing my haircuts. She is very detail oriented and listens to what you want ensuring you are on the same page. She takes exactly how much she says she will off and not an inch more . I highly reccomend getting your hair cut and other hair services here! She is a very nice person as well.
Best Salon and environment in Connecticut. Taylor does the best job with my hair of anyone I've ever visited - she did a great job with a body wave perm on my straight hair and I always come out feeling like a million $. I also really like the environment of the salon - it's welcoming, clean, and everyone is super friendly.
I know there are a lot of options in Connecticut - but you will not regret picking this salon. They don't cut any corners and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your hair, and that to me is the mark of people who love their craft and love their customers!!
My hair always looks so good whenever Olivia does it! Shes so patient and is willing to deal with all of my requests and my long hair! Doesn't matter how long it takes shes always willing to accommodate me and my needs.
This was my first time at Cost Cutters, and I had a great experience. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Natalie. She was very welcoming and understood exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be going back to continue getting my hair trimmed as needed.
Don passed away a few years ago BUT this is still the place to go for a great haircut. They listen to your request and ask for your approval soyou get the cut YOU want. If you like a barbershop and not a fancy saloon this is the place to go.

I have very long nails. My nail salon in Bristol was sold, so I had to find a new place where someone was experienced with long nails. Ricky did a gorgeous job. The salon was clean and the staff are so friendly. The prices are great. I found my salon and I'm overjoyed. Highly recommend.

She is passionate about her work, hitting all of my trigger points during pedicure massage. She takes her time to ensure a pleasant experience.My Wife loves Rosie's feet massage. She is on her feet for most of the day and said she now feel ready to take on the week.She also got manicure without polish from Elvia. Hands massage was rejuvenating.We strongly recommend this place!!!

Gloss is the best! They take their time with you and make sure you are well taken care of. They also make sure you like everything they do.
Their gel manicure lasts longer than 2 weeks for me & never peels off my nails on its own.

I had my eyebrows done and - WOW - this was a game changer for me. For the first time in years, I have NATURAL looking full eyebrows. Faith was professional and truly accommodating - she is an artist... I also had permanent eyeliner done and I am extremely happy. I can wake up without needing to spend time getting myself ready for the outside world!!! I would TOTALLY recommend this spa and her talents to everyone. I will be going back for other procedures when needed and know the friends I recommended will be happy and satisfied with her spa as well.
Fabulous! Jonathan cares about his clients so much and does a great job cutting, coloring and styling your hair. It’s hard to find a hair stylist that is good in both cut and color. And he has a great sense of humor!

I have gotten horrible haircuts and the one time I complained they literally told me I had to go back to the SAME woman because she got the commission !!!!! No way !!! Why on earth would I want to go back to someone who literally destroyed my hair , I had to pay again because I refused!!! By far Salon Q is the best salon in quality, cleanliness, customer service, and you can't beat the prices .

Fantastic. Had a minor emergency. Called and spoke with Catherine. Very nice to talk to. Told me she'd call Mike and if he picks up (only reason he wouldn't is if he were running loud machine), and he'd call back. He did within 5 minutes. Explained his situation at the time and said he'd be out in an hour after hearing we had 5 people in the house. He showed up in 40 minutes and fixed our problem. Highly recommended.

My first experience with Konopka Electric was a 10/10. I contacted them on a Monday with a request to replace a broken dining room light fixture. I received a response the same day and the replaced the fixture the very next morning. The crew who came was extremely polite and accommodating. They replaced the fixture efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly after they completed the job. The cost for the job was more than reasonable. I could not be happier with the entire process - from initially reaching out to them to completion of the job. Jim Konopka was a great communicator and extremely pleasant. I will be using Konopka Electric for all of my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them and would give them a 10-star rating if I could.

I’ve lived in Torrington for 26 years on a 3 acre wooded plant. I have had mice problems since the day I moved in, but rescue one has been able to limit the number of mice that I get primarily in the winter. I’m especially impressed with the technician named Brandon who is a lovely person and did a great job.
I spent days trying to find where mice were coming in. Finally called Bob and he found the locations in minutes! He made great recommendations and helped stop the issue. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Would highly recommend!!Service: Rodent extermination

My dog is quite large, quite intimidating to some, and a big baby when it comes to the vet. Somehow they've made it work for a Rottweiler who growls at them through the entire visit despite being muzzled. Dr. Mary takes time to answer all our questions regarding his multiple health issues and always calls us herself with test results. I highly recommend them. Everyone from the front desk to check out and everyone in between has always been wonderful.

This veterinary practice is not only staffed with top-notch expertise, but caring and compassionate people. They really care about your pet and also helping you understand every step of the way with what you need to do when you take them home. I live 25 minutes away, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dog.

Sent my husband here a couple times when his back was really aggravating him. Once we made an appointment for the same day, another time he just walked in- huge perk! Nice enough place. Friendly staff. And the way he puts it - some of those masseuses have bigger biceps than him (can't verify as I haven't gone (yet)). But he did sing his praises that they delivered a good deep tissue massage as advertised. He told me they offer a variety of other massages and facial treatments etc. I plan to go soon myself so will report back!
