I was so nervous to try a new nail tech. When I got to the salon I was greeted right away. Everyone was friendly and funny. The conversation was easy and comfortable. My nails came out amazing. I love this place. Definitely best nail salon in Torrington. A little disappointed with my deluxe Pedi . I tip really well (35%) and expect detailed service. Foot mask should cover complete foot. And especially during this pandemic , foot should not be placed in paraffin wax. Wax should be in bag then foot put in bag. I was watching someone else get their Pedi done and wondered why I didn't get the same service for same pedicure preference.
