He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter his office. He is patient, kind, an excellent listener and most importantly thoroughly explains every step of the hearing aid process. He is an expert and superstar in his profession. Thank you Hearing Care Centers for helping and guiding my 88 year old mother. After 30 years of not hearing in one of her ears, she can hear us whisper. Amazing and heart warming!
