I have used KPI for hardwood floor refinishing and carpet in two houses now and can't recommend them enough. Rob and Pat do a great job talking through the job and showing you the different stain/poly finishes and carpet options. I was most impressed how they were able to revive the floors in my kitchen. The floors were so distressed when I bought the home (see second photo) and after the their crew was done you would never of known. Their communication is great, they make you feel like a priority and their pricing was hard to beat. I've recommended KPI to 5-6 other friends/family and they all share the same experience. This company does a great service! I was in a bind and needed my rv that I just purchased, towed asap and In a messed up camp site, other companies told me 1200 and up, which is highway robbery but these guys were honest people and charged me about half that! I work for a tow yard and we try to be reasonable but due to not having an 5th wheel adapter I cont tow it but man I'll recommend these guys to everyone, can't bet honest people and Laurel towing and recovery is a true honest company!

First went with a Groupon but keep going back. Erica listened carefully and discussed pros & cons of how the pix I brought would or would not work with my hair. She cut a bit at a time, checking with me to see whether I was happy with the length. Going from long to short is a big step, but Erica was patient & did a super job.
