This was my first time at Cost Cutters, and I had a great experience. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Natalie. She was very welcoming and understood exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be going back to continue getting my hair trimmed as needed.
The salon is clean and staffed by a very nice group of people...I think that additional time should be allowed when scheduling haircuts. Sorry but 15 mins is just not enough. The beauticians try very hard but fall behind.
The service was exceptional as always. I was surprised that Customers are no longer able to use credit cards for tips. In this day and age almost no one carries cash. This is taking away for a lot is these stylists their ability to make ends meet. From what I understand this all over a 1% service fee the Owner doesn’t want to pay. Not sure if CC are privately owned or franchised. I am wondering if this a decision made at the store level or somewhere up above. For clients….remember to grab some cash and tip generously!
