Illustra Salon is a hidden gem in Torrington. Clients praise Randy and Lauren for their expertise and talent in hair styling. Lauren is just magical. She knows what you want and may even direct you away from something that may not be right for you but will still do what you want if you are persistent. She knows what color is best for your hair and she is very knowledgeable to hairstyles best suited for her clients.
I went in as an open book with questions as to what I wanted and came out with something I didn't even realize existed and I feel great with the choice She and I worked together coming to. If you are looking for honest opinions and really need a change in your style, see Lauren! I am very happy with my new look.
