I loveeeed my experience! She is very careful about what she puts in your hair and shows you every product before using it. She’s so charismatic and makes you feel comfortable the entire appointment. I have very curly 3C hair, and she knew exactly which products would work best for my curls. She took her time, explained everything she was doing, and made sure my hair stayed healthy throughout the process. Before cutting anything, she always asked exactly what I wanted and checked with me first to make sure we were on the same page. I really appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented she was. I had walked in last minute and they gladly took me right in. Honestly it was the world’s best hair washing (I may have fell asleep lol) her customer service was excellent. It was a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. To top it off I loveeeeeee the way my hair came out I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area looking for excellent service
