“The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system. They sent me a detailed written quote a day later. I checked into things and the price was very fair. I agreed to the job. They coordinated w/ my electrician, showed up two weeks later, stayed with me for three days til finished. They were masked and careful re Covid, and left the place clean like theyd never been there, except for my new system! After 6 weeks of zero-hassle excellent heat, I thought i should write. “He was right on time when I contacted him for an appointment. My sister who owns this property was not able to handle some things. I stepped in and as her younger sister took care of some things around the "home" that needed to be taken care of. I called and made an appointment for him to come and drain all the water sources including the hot water tank, and the pipes from the well. He was on time, and he took care of everything. A very nice young man (I can say that as I am 81) and all went great. Sorry no photos - this old lady is lucky she knows how to use the internet sort of.“

“Came home from work to a cold house and heat not running. My mistake as I thought I was good when I checked the gauge about two weeks ago. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again. Very happy with the customer service. Reasonable service fee for the emergency after hours response and my own homeowner oversight.“
