“The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system. A couple of days after Storm Benjamin, late afternoon my gas fireplace stopped working. I was physically unable to lift the screen off the fireplace to get to the pilot light, which I thought was the problem.

Alex graciously offered to stop by and help me get the fireplace going. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just the pilot light. She called Anthony, Fireworks’ technician. As tired as he most likely was at the end of the day, he volunteered to come over & help. They were able to fix the fireplace that evening.
