Joe and his team do an awesome job. I appreciate their responsiveness when I have an issue, communication about any HVAC issues and timelines for fixing them, and honesty in presenting options that can fit my budget. They've also helped me learn a lot about my home's HVAC system and things I can do to maintain it properly. I had a carbon monoxide emergency at my house due to the boiler and Benedetto's arrived to help troubleshoot the problem before the fire department had even left! It can be hard to find reliable service providers these days but it is a pleasure to work with Benedetto's.

Joe and his team are very professional. When my boiler went unexpectedly, they were quick to assess the situation and get it fixed. They worked fast and efficiently to get it taken care of and everything went smoothly. They are extremely knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again. 5 stars!!
