East Coast sent Out Cole & Lexi (sorry if that's not quite the name) to do our winter maintenance on our ductless multi split units! These 2 guys were very thorough and extremely polite!! My wife and I just thought people should here the good stories and not just the complaints!

East Coast installed AC and heat for us recently. Everything went smooth and on schedule, the technicians were professional, polite, and worked clean in our home. I would highly recommend East, Coast Mechanical for your heating and air-conditioning projects.

I rarely give reviews but this company is just outstanding. A friend recommended East Coast Mechanical to me. The first meeting with Dave Crispino, who gave me a quote, did all the necessary paperwork, was clear, helpful, knowledgeable. I didn't have to go any further, I knew I was in good hands. All the paperwork filed with the State of CT, Dave followed up, made sure everything was done on time.The day the crew arrived, so professional, timely. Nothing amiss, Chris and Travis did excellent work.This company stands too me because of their incredible customer service. I didn't feel like a "number" but a customer!
