I’ve been with Musco / Superior Propane for 12 years. Always excellent service at fair prices. Their tank monitoring service is very handy - I never have to worry about running out of propane, which is convenient, especially during the colder winters.
Recently I called for propane delivery and I believe her name was Sue that took the order. As promised the order was delivered on time. She was very polite and courteous. It's always a pleasure dealing with such a nice person as she was.
When I called with sticker shock LOL about the cost of my propane fill, Tammy calmed me down and took very good care of me. This shows they value my business as, other company's also sell propane and, it would be very easy to switch. Customer service is as important as the cost of the product and, Tammy showed she gets that.
