Best place to learn West Coast Swing in CT. Erik Novoa is champion level dancer and amazing instructor. The classroom is clean, large and new dance floor so it is very comfortable to dance. He teaches proper technique and offers beginner group class as well as intermediate group class. For those who are competing, he provide private lessons. There are very good West Coast Swing dancers in the classes and everyone is so friendly to new dancers. They also have dance social after the group class and workshops and guest instructors. Ample free parking is available at the studio so it is very convenient.

I’ve been going to Rica for eight years now. I have a hair loss condition called trichotillomania. Rica is the only person I trust to go anywhere near my head. Any other place I’ve gone has either made me feel bad about the hair loss and pulling or not understood it. Rica has never done that. She has her clients best interest in mind always. She’s phenomenal. Not only is Rica amazing about the trichotillomania, But she always keeps my allergies and other health conditions in mind when using hair products, and anything else. If I could rate her more than five stars, I would.

By far the best Barber in Norwalk hands down. Gabe goes above and beyond to make it happen. The first time I walked into his place years ago I had no idea what a Barber was until he cut my hair. We moved away from the area for a few years and any time I would come to visit I would make it a point to come get my hair cut because no one else could get it right. Neno clips offers what many barber shops do, a clean cut at a reasonable price. But what I believe they do different is treat you like a family member more than a customer. I have to praise the manicurist's skills. Every step of the process, including shaping, polishing, coloring, and diamond application, was meticulous, and the tools were used just right. Moreover, I didn't feel any discomfort during the whole process, and he would ask me how I felt from time to time during the process, which was very considerate!
My daughter and I went for pedicures and had a fantastic time!!!! Loved it! It’s where we’ll go from now on.
I am not the easiest customer as someone who suffers from anxiety and is a nail biter as a result of that but they always welcome me kindly and do such a good job on my nails. They are patient and the salon is clean and the prices are decent.

John was great, he came out and walked me through all the options for replacing our central air system. Jose and Rafael were fantastic—they removed the old system and got the installation done quickly during the July heat wave since we have a 1-year-old baby at home, I was so grateful for that. The installers were super friendly, worked quickly, and even took the time to explain how to use the new system. I have used Mike's Septic every 3 years since our family moved to Westport in 2009. I had a difficult time reaching Mike's in late 2024 in order to set up a septic emptying appointment, and was concerned they may have gone out of business (turns out the cause is difficulty finding competent office staff). Thankfully, that is not the case! Mike came to our home today 01/03/2025 and got the job done. I talked with Mike for a short while before he left, he is a true old fashioned individual in the best sense of the phrase: friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I will continue as a customer as long as we live in Westport.

Jimmy Anthony and his Assistant, Anthony performed a sewer drain and house trap cleaning. They were thoroughly professional and very efficient! Jimmy is technically very proficient and has great attention to detail. I was very impressed with how they did their work, and I would highly recommend them.
This is the second time that we used Zveno Electric. Kostadin installed recess lighting in three rooms of our townhouse several years ago. He did such an excellent job, that there was no question that we would call him when we moved into our new home and once again wanted to have recess lighting installed in four rooms and to do some re-wiring. Kostadin arrived within the hour to give us a quote. His price was once again reasonable. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even noticed some non-electrical things that he recommended we take care of. I highly recommend Zveno Electric for promptness, professionalism and reasonable pricing.

had a new panel box installed and the entire bathroom rewired by the team at lawson brothers electricians. they even took care of some extra issues. patrick, theodore and bruce were fantastic and the office staff was equally impressive. if i ever need any more electrical work, i wouldn't hesitate to use them again. they put in long hours and worked hard, even making sure to clean up once the job was finished. i was really impressed with their work in norwalk.
I hired Eleck and Salvato to fix several nagging problems in my house, to add a few exterior lights, and to upgrade my transfer switch. Doug Eleck did the estimate and Pete did the work. Doug was responsive to my questions, flexible with some last minute changes I made, and offered multiple solutions for a couple pre existing lighting issues. Pete was very thorough with the work he did and explained everything he was doing. He also found a couple of other issues and fixed those as well. Everyone was friendly and trustworthy and id recommend them to friends and family.

They are amazing. Not only did they get my couch and two chairs like new again, but they came back for a touch up after my son marked the couch a week or two later. I offered to pay for the touch up, but they insisted it was free if charge. I’ll be using them exclusively for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning going forward, and the technicians are very kind and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend using their service! I found them through Google reviews. It was easy to set up an appointment, the guys were on time and super nice. We had some tough rust and big stains that they were able to get out (you can see in their uploaded pics it was a huge dark splotchy patch that didn’t come out from regular cleaners) and the rest of the carpet looks and feels like new now!
Fabulous service! The ladies who came when above and beyond and were super kind. A little higher in price, but it was very worth it in my opinion.
If I could give 1 billion stars I would! I have purchased a home to create a safe, mold free, chemical free space for my son to heal. From the moment I talked with Andrew it was clear he 100% understood the assignment! Chris, the project manager has gone above and beyond! I am out of state while this is happening traveling back and forth and making last minute decisions and the compassion, patience and care the team has provided is beyond my expectations. This is emotional for me and the most important thing I have ever done.
When I walked through the house when they were just about finished I could have cried.(I did actually ?) I was so concerned about the amount of mold and damage I had found during demo. Once I walked through all my concerns were eliminated!! It is completely clean, mold free and cleaner than I could have ever imagined. No signs of old lumbar yard mold. No more musty smell under the window that clearly was leaking for decades. They had to remove some more of the ceiling and flooring by the doorway which shows me they really take care and do not overlook any potential issues.
I would 10000% recommend them again and again!

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Juan and his brother. I needed a couple of holly trees removed because their prickly leaves were constantly making a mess in both my yard and my neighbor's yard, making it downright painful for my kids to play outside. A friend recommended Juan, and he came out right away to assess the job.
Not only did he tackle the project in the middle of January, but he did it flawlessly. The trees were located right next to my neighbor's fence, yet Juan managed to work around it without causing any damage. When the job was done, the site was left absolutely spotless.
Juan and his brother were punctual, extremely polite, and offered fair pricing. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Recently, I requested fertilization for two trees and a targeted fungus treatment for another. I'm hopeful the recommended treatments will be effective. Dr. Sloves, Dr. Joachim, and their entire team are wonderful and so helpful! They helped me successfully get my breech baby turned into the correct position for birth, kept me feeling pain-free during the end of my pregnancy even as there was lots of pressure on my back, and have helped my newborn son and I navigate various issues that come with the newborn stage. Dr. Sloves always takes so much time with us and is extremely thorough. She also offers helpful exercises we can do between visits to keep us feeling good. Both are amazing and we are so grateful for Dr. Sloves and Dr. Joachim’s help!

We had a wonderful experience at Norwalk Animal Hospital with Dr. Wolf and the entire vet tech and office staff during the two years we were in CT. Dr. Wolf is very compassionate and patient answering all of our questions for both our senior dog and young cat. We felt like she truly listened to our concerns, no matter how big or small, and gave us great guidance. When our dog was going through a recurring issue, she kept in close contact with us to try multiple solutions and being very responsive.
Dr Pete is the best!! I have 4 dogs and I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
I went there with my 12yrs old Yorkie due to pancratitis, which my primary care recommended. They were very nice, I had no appointment and they took me right away and in a little while I was speaking to the Vet which she gave me her recommendation and we took. I picked up my little girl the next day she came running out and looked absolutely great. They took such good care of her she was back to herself. I even got money back from my deposit. Which is unheard of " THIS PLACE IS AMAZING". They actually care about your pet, which is like family to most. Thank you soooo much VET MED!!!!!
The dog wash did a very nice job on my daughter's labradoodle. He was visiting from NYC and they were able to fit him in on short notice . The groomer did a great job with his bath and cut . Chester came out relaxed and beautiful! We recommend this business

I moved to Norwalk from Long Island and missed the yoga studio I used to attend. I took a chance on Yoga 203 and was blown away!! Best yoga studio ever! The instructors are incredible and they explain poses really well. They make corrections in your posture, if you want and are always willing to answer questions. They are all so wonderful and friendly; as are the people in class. There are people of all ages, shapes and abilities and most importantly, it is a safe, judgement free place. Katharina, the owner, is such a wonderful person, who I’m sure is proud that her vision is doing so well. I first set up an appointment with her to get help with my acne which I have been dealing with on and off for 14 years now. I used to have acne all over my face at all times. I’ve been going to this place for years and this place is consistently excellent. Both Helen and Theresa are experts at both therapeutic and relaxing massages. I prefer White Oak over the other places in the area by a large margin.

I got an Incredible massage! My shoulders have hurt for 9 months, mri, x-ray and numerous appointments with specialists costing hundreds of dollars achieved zero relief . 45 minutes of (HARD) deep tissue massage with the masseuse here and I felt so much better! The room needs some new ceiling tiles, but other than that it was clean and quiet. The prices are great (check groupon) and I called at noon to get an appointment at 5pm. I did have to wait for 10 minutes, but for the relief I got I would have waited an hour and been ecstatic! The Arnold once said, I'll Be Back!

Everyone was very nice and the setting was beautiful. I gave it two stars because I specifically wanted the hard, deep massage on my upper back and shoulders and did not get that. I was told they upgraded me for free to a deep tissue massage, I explained that I didn’t care if the rest of my body got touched, but I needed someone to really work my upper back and shoulders as deeply as they could (I have rheumatoid arthritis and was in pain from that and have had deep tissue massages prior).
About 10 minutes in, the therapist asked about the pressure and I asked her if she could please go harder. Either the massage therapist did not have the strength, or this was her best, but at the end, I felt like I left there the same way I walked in. Very disappointed. I spent 89,95 for the introductory massage, and I tipped $29 based on the original price. I know they wanted to upsell me for a package, but I will find another spa.
**I am editing this and upgrading my stars to 4 because of the amazing customer service I received both by the original staff, as well as the management who contacted me. I am so sorry that I cannot remember the manager’s name, but she did speak with me and empathized with my issue, as well as offered to have me come back in and try it again with another massage therapist. She also refunded my money for the service and discussed other services that might help me in the future. Thank you so much for that customer service and I will try to make it back there again to try another massage.
Buffington is a good driving school, I recommend everyone to go with Buffington driving school to pass your road test.
It was pretty easy they show you the road, how to do certain stuff, give you good practice to be able to pass the test. Buffing ton is the best .
Had a driving lesson with Ari and he was very informative and helpful to prepare for my upcoming driving test. He's got to be the best instructor they have.
