Very warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. For the past few months, I’ve been seeing Pat Jr for personal training and seen amazing results. Total hidden gem. Super clean gym providing a semi private (and sometimes fully private) experience. If you’re willing to put in the work, Pat is your man.

I have been going to this gym for a few years now. Donny is the trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating and makes a tough work out fun. His partner Pat is a licensed PT and masseuse. The facility has good equipment and it is both convenient and very clean. I highly recommend!
