I highly recommend. Hansen is honest, knowledgeable, reliable, quick to respond, easy to do busy with. They restored three properties I needed to sell: a rundown estate requiring very skilled pruning & weeding; an overgrown vacant lot; and a rental property. For each property, the before and after difference was like magic! Afterwards, Hansen did regular maintenance until I was ready to sell, and then all three properties sold very quickly. The owner’s been in business a long time, gave me great advice, kept me within budget. His crews are careful, reliable, experienced. This is a large, old house requiring both updates and maintenance. Michael Tarala provided excellent advice on how to update inside and outside lighting with improved appearance and lower operating cost.I found his prices to be fair and comparable, or better than other quotes.Workmanship was consistently excellent.His team of technicians were considerate of others in the house and easy to work with.
