Lucy the sales associate and Jimmy the Foreman were outstanding. It did seem like they both really cared. In today's market it is hard to find. Walpole delivered the type of customer service that we expected from them. That is extremely valuable to the client. Keep up the good work oh yes the installers were punctual, professional and highly skilled.
Thank you so much to Lucy, Jimmy, and all of the mailbox installation workers, and walepole online customer service for all your help! We love our new mail box and post! We appreciate everyone’s help!! 😊
I enjoyed working with Walpole Woodworkers during my recent project. I searched for months to find the perfect mailbox and post and I found them at Walpole! Everyone that I had contact with at the Westport location has been kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I particularly found the showroom manager, Mark to be helpful when he assisted me in selecting just the right products. My mailbox and post were ordered and installed in no time at all and it looks amazing. I am looking forward to my next project!
