Jaya is wonderful. I have been seeing her as my Ayurvedic practitioner since 2016. I first set up an appointment with her to get help with my acne which I have been dealing with on and off for 14 years now. I used to have acne all over my face at all times. After using the Ayurvedic soap and supplements she recommended I use and take, my acne has dramatically improved. I went from having a face covered in acne, to only having zero to two small breakouts on my face at one time

Jaya is an amazing practitioner to work with. I have tried a few hands on modalities (Marma and Shirodhara) as well as virtually chatting with her during the pandemic. In each encounter she has been professional, insightful, kind, accommodating and generously sharing her wealth of knowledge! In the CT area, I don't think you will find a better and more authentic experience. If you are looking for a credible and trustworthy practitioner, please do not hesitate to reach out to her. I drove an hour and a half for my appointments and I would do it over and over again. No questions asked, worth every mile.
