Katerina, Dana, and Lisa have completely changed my life. Yoga 203 is a place where you can come without fear of being judged. It's a safe, welcoming, and loving space where I've made wonderful friends and found the motivation to begin a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Katerina is incredibly patient and encouraging, Dana brings such a calming, peaceful energy, and Lisa is warm, grounded, and inspiring. Together, they create an amazing experience every time I walk through the door.
I'm so grateful to have found this community, and I'm proud to call Yoga 203 my yoga home.
As it was my first time being a yoga studio since college, I am very thankful for Katherina to let me experience one of the Vinyasa classes. No matter if I struggled with balance, it was welcoming to express any movement. The studio layout is very nice and brings a sense of belonging. Overall, I am excited to explore the gentle flow classes in the warmer season and continue to be a student.
Yoga 203 is my sanctuary—a place to unwind, escape, and recharge. The studio has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are wonderful, talented, supportive, creative and inspiring in their own unique ways. Classes feature different styles, making every session inspiring, and truly special for both mind and body. Yoga 203 also offers immersive yoga experiences and themed events that help you grow and explore your yoga journey. I’m grateful to the owner Katherina, Yoga 203 instructors, and fellow yogis for sharing this practice. Namaste
