Love this studio - everyone has been so welcoming since my 1st visit and it is the first studio I see myself growing my practice in and building community with since moving to Connecticut. I know there are more wonderful studios to discover, but finding that 1st one has been huge in helping a new place feel like home.

As of 1/23 - Leave a couple extra minutes your 1st time for parking and walk around back. The building is under construction but when you get inside, it is a beautiful, intimate, thoughtfully designed space. The teachers are wonderful - each unique and with very different backgrounds, but all use invitational language, intelligent sequencing & adapt to the needs of the class. I started here less than a month ago & am excited to find a space I can see myself growing my practice.

Great, simple yoga studio with really nice, knowledgeable instructors! Down to earth atmosphere. Space/entrance currently under renovations, but lots of street parking and a pre-pay attached lot. Highly recommend!
