The tech that came to the house was very professional and knowledgable. He explained exactly what the issue was and how he would eradicate it - and he did. Great work, reasonable price.

Professional and pleasant staff, and at least the exterminator I met was flawless. Answered my questions and concerns, explained what he was using and how it would work, and reviewed his work with me when he was done. Couldn't ask for more. Their sales team does push a ~$50 monthly protection plan on you, but if you have pests wandering in you want to be able to call them back, so I think its worth it. Plus canceling doesn't look too complex, if you ARE willing to risk it being a one and done situation. First visit and first exterminator company I've worked with, so keep that in mind, but they seem as legit as they come.
