I reached out to Millas Heating & Cooling after several contractors gave me written estimates without coming to my house to see exactly what my heating/cooling needs were. Jay Millas came to my house to inspect what I had in place and to give me detailed options. He was incredibly knowledgable not only on his products but on the subject of energy rebates available from my electric company. In the end the Millas team installed 2 heat pumps, 2 air handlers and two programmable thermostats on the exact dates they told me the work would be done. Millas was one of 4 companies we got quotes from summer 23 for AC install. He was the most direct about what would work best for our home, putting himself in our shoes as homeowners and landlords down the road. We went with a ducted system. The install was when he said it would be, and they finished a day early. His team was prompt and worked long full days to knock out the project. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves and making sure all my questions were answered. We were extremely happy with the quote/install process. Jay and his team at Millas Heating and Cooling just finished installing mini-split units in our house. I was so impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They were responsive, on time and so easy to work with. They took care of the details, made sure everything worked properly and left things as clean if not cleaner when they were done. Plus, now I have an energy efficient way to cool, dehumidify and heat my house. Truly cannot recommend them highly enough.
