I interviewed 5 basement companies and no doubt, I made the right choice with Basement Solutions! From Bill's initial visit he impressed me with his approach and knowledge of my basement's problems. Bill and crew arrived on time the day they stated and finished the job in two days. The crew was professional, kind and good natured. Their work was impressive and they cleaned the basement when they were done. The follow through from the office with Debbie was also top notch. Once again, I highly recommend Basement Solutions if needed.

Our experience with Bill, Debbie and the Basement Solutions crew was simply outstanding, After purchasing our home in Duchess County we wanted to have an inspection of the basement to determine any weaknesses in the structure and environment. After conducting quite a bit of research online about various companies I was lucky enough to find Basement Solutions. Before Basement Solutions did all the work they did, I had an indoor swimming pool in basement! haha! They installed trenching systems and very good sump pump and since then, almost no water. When I do get some seepage or any issues down in the basement, they come right out and repair the spots and make sure it doesnt happen again! They are wonderful, honest, responsive and just overall nice people to work with! Thank you Basement Solutions! You guys are awesome!
