Eric is the ultimate professional, he gives you the confidence of a big company experience and the attention to detail of a family business, which it is. They did a really good job, from the initial call through to design and installation. Eric was very patient with me, I had a lot of questions and wanted to understand the big picture and my options, and was helpful. I put a lot trust in him and he didn't disappoint, I felt in safe hands! I have only great things to say about Rieve Firestop and Eric in particular, really highly recommended, without reservation.
