“Two years ago on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the temperature turned down to the teens. Our Gas furnace was locked out so not starting for some reason. I called the company that installed it two years earlier and they said they don't do weekends anymore or emergency. So I called around to no avail. Finally, I called Joe and he stated he was flat out because of the sudden snap in temp. Then he called back and said I can't leave anyone with no heat in this 18-degree temp. He came by and fixed what was wrong, got heat back up, and has been great ever since.“

Lucky for me, a trusted friend recommended Jim and I am enormously grateful that he did. I had a plumbing emergency at my rental over the New Year. I could not get anyone to return my calls, much less commit to an appointment. Jim showed up bright and early on January 2nd and got straight to work. Within a couple hours, my old hot water heater had been removed and replaced with a brand new, larger, and more efficient model.
