Service was timely and reliable. After calling 6 Plumbers for a toilet leak, they were the only one's to get back to me the same day. We made and appointment and the problem was fixed quickly (We thought). Turns out there was a secondary leak in the base of the toilet as well, so I did have to call them to come back and fix that as well. But they did it expeditiously and negotiated to give me a fair price for the second trip. I would use them again!
Had a stand up shower base leaking for a while. I was told that I had to replace the whole shower. I called Fossati and Rich the owner and Mike came to look at the job that was needed. They told me all I needed was to replace the drain NOT the whole shower. We scheduled a day to fix it and Mike was absolutely great. It’s been fixed and working great without any leaks. I definitely will continue to use this company for any future work.
I wasn't sure if my water softener was working correctly. (It was not installed by Fossati) I called them and they came on the day I requested. I received a text and photo when Mike was on his way. He walked me through the softener, changed a setting and took a water sample. All is good! Thank you!!!
