“Performance in Hamden is the best place a person can go for physical therapy. The patient care is astounding; I have been to many PT places and none of them even come close to comparing. The staff is amazing, from the receptionists to the aids to the therapists themselves. They have made such an impact in my recovery to the point where my surgeon was surprised. They are extremely knowledgable and intentional with their exercises. They know when to push and when to slow you down. Unlike many of the PT places I have been to in the past, Performance never made me feel stranded or unattended. They listened to my needs and goals and created a plan to get me there. Additionally, they were attentive to pain, making sure I was in as minimal as possible and was never pushing myself to hard. Renee and Matt have been the best physical therapists.
