My therapists, Steve and Patrick, always wanting to know how I was, what I was having difficulty with, and addressing those problems. All the techs were wonderful too...assisting you with the machines and letting you know what exercises were next. The office staff was friendly and always pleasant. “It was my first time ever at a Chiropractor and I was so worried. The lady at the front desk was great with reassuring me I would be ok. Once I met with the Chiropractor, I explained in great detail why I was there. He listened to every detail to my long story & he explained everything he would do to adjust me before doing so. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Once he was done with the adjustment (which was only a matter of minutes), I felt like a million bucks. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you !!“
“Performance in Hamden is the best place a person can go for physical therapy. The patient care is astounding; I have been to many PT places and none of them even come close to comparing. The staff is amazing, from the receptionists to the aids to the therapists themselves. They have made such an impact in my recovery to the point where my surgeon was surprised. They are extremely knowledgable and intentional with their exercises. They know when to push and when to slow you down. Unlike many of the PT places I have been to in the past, Performance never made me feel stranded or unattended. They listened to my needs and goals and created a plan to get me there. Additionally, they were attentive to pain, making sure I was in as minimal as possible and was never pushing myself to hard. Renee and Matt have been the best physical therapists. They really have made an extremely significant difference in my recovery. The establishment itself is very clean, and there is always parking. If you are looking for a PT place, just go here, you will be happy that you did.“

“Dr. Steve is amazing! I have nerve impingement issues because of Spinal that PT couldn’t solve. Doc’s couldn’t solve. In several visits I have lost the numbness and have a clear plan on what is wrong and how to proceed to solve my issues without surgery or drugs for pain. Very knowledgeable, always on time. Can’t recommend any higher and I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years.“
