“I’ve had such a positive experience with Ivy Rehab. Everyone there has been truly wonderful—from the therapists to the front desk staff. The entire team is welcoming, kind, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the children and families they work with.
What stands out most to me is how knowledgeable and skilled everyone is. It can be surprisingly difficult to find providers who are not only great at what they do, but who also take the time to really understand each child and their individual needs. Here, I’ve consistently felt that we are in very capable hands.
Another thing I really appreciate is the overall environment. Compared with some other therapy settings we’ve experienced in the area, it is noticeably calmer and quieter, particularly before and after sessions. Appointments seem to be staggered so families are coming and going at different times rather than having everyone transition in and out at once. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference in creating a less hectic, less overwhelming atmosphere for both children and parents.
The front office staff also deserves recognition. They are always friendly, helpful, organized, and accommodating, and they contribute so much to how smoothly everything runs.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel this positively about the team as a whole, but that has absolutely been our experience at Ivy Rehab. I’m very grateful we found them and would highly recommend this location to other families.”
