“mActivity is one of my favorite parts of living in East Rock and easily my favorite gym I have even been a member of. It is not only clean, it is lovingly taken care of and well stocked with everything you could need. The staff are all lovely, people are respectful in the space, and it has a calm distinctly un bro-y energy. I particularly love the sauna and steam room, which made New England winter so much more enjoyable. 6/5 stars.”
