PTSMC Waterbury is a wonderful practice for physical rehabilitation. I started with an extremely painful frozen shoulder and my therapist designed a plan of care and exercise that were stellar. The same for a back injury I was suffering from shortly after my shoulder was 95% healed. I am now completely healed and have regained full mobility without pain. The key is to keep following the recommendations and exercises. The staff are fantastic-knowledgeable, professional, and caring.

PTSMC -WATERBURY is a very welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff ensures that the patient is comfortable and ensurs that the patient's needs are met. Staff works with the patient with their individualized treatment plans so that the patient leaves the PTSMC feeling better and in less pain and able to return their regular exercise routine.

The therapists are great. What I don’t like is the stupid screen you “sign in” with. It’s right in the middle of the waiting room, and everybody can hear your name and business. Also, their back office, specifically billing, has screwed up my account and now I’ve been dealing with them for a week.
