“Dr. John Grady Benson was excellent. During my appointment , I met with him and he listened and reviewed my concerns and ordered appropriate tests. When the MRI was available, he called promptly and we discussed the results. When it's time for a joint replacement I'll be confident with him being my surgeon. From our first steps in the door, meeting Craig Goldstein when my son was 6mos old, & needed PT for torticollis, we felt welcomed, comforted, and in good hands. Fast forward to 12yrs later, & my son is still going to CFZ! He’s been with Kim Doherty SLP for several years, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The strategies, the tools, the handouts, the videos…you name it, & Miss Kim did it!! The guidance Kim has provided my son & I has meant the world to me. “My daughter has had a great experience in Pt at Focus, her therapist is wonderful and staff very kind. The only reason it's not a 5 star is the fact, the morning of her appointment she tested positive for covid and we didn't feel it was right to bring a covid positive patient into a rehab/medical facility and we had to cancel....the office still charged a 25$ cancelation fee! Doesn't seem like alot to most but a hit for us. She had been going for 10 months and never missed a session. That was very disappointing. Other than that the facility is wonderful.“
